On September 1, 2013 all active enrollments in Credit Protection were cancelled. You can still request benefits for any protected event that occurred on or before the date your enrollment was cancelled; however, you will not be eligible to receive Credit Protection benefits for any events that occur after the date your enrollment was cancelled.
The information on this website is intended for customers previously enrolled in certain versions of Credit Protection Plus. As a result, support for requesting Credit Protection Plus benefits online through this website may not be accessible to some customers.
